1. Felt Moment accept the purchase orders within SINGAPORE ONLY!    目前 Felt Moment 只接受新加坡范围内的订单哟！

2. All ready-made felt crafts here are 100% handmade and limited quantity.    所有的不织布成品都是纯手工制作，数量有限哟！

3. All felt crafts will be reserved for 48 hours (2 days) ONLY! Please make payment within 48 hours; otherwise, the order is considered VOID. 所有手工品只能为您保留 48 个小时哟！请在 48 小时内汇款，否则您的订单将被自动取消。

4. First come first serve! Priority will be given to the customer who made the payment first in case of multiple demands. 先到先得！若在同一时间有许多顾客有意购买同一个手工品，优先权将让给先付款的顾客。

5. Please take note that colors of the felt crafts shown in photos may be slightly different with the actual one due to monitor settings, lighting, photography, and photo editing process. Felt Moment shall not be held liable for this issue. 不同的荧幕色调，灯光，摄影，以及照片处理过程将导致色差，Felt Moment 将不接受因色差退货。

6. Postage fee is not included in the prices listed and buyer bears all postage charges.

邮费不包括在不织布成品价格内，买家需承担所有运输费用。

7. No cancellation after the transaction is made！ 一旦您汇款了，绝不接受取消订单！

8. Delivery will only take place when full payment has been received. Delivery will be made within 2 weeks. 一旦收到您的款项，您的包裹将会在两个星期以内寄出。

9. After consignment, you may receive your parcel within 1-3 working days depending on your location. 托运后，您将会在 1 至 3 天工作日内收到您的包裹。

10. Felt Moment will inform you once your parcel has been posted and a tracking number will be given. 包裹寄出时 Felt Moment 将通知您并给予您包裹的追踪号码。

11. Felt Moment is not responsible for any damage or loss occurs during delivery. All items are thoroughly inspected and in good conditions before shipping.如果手工品在运送途中损坏或遗失了，Felt Moment 将不负责任何赔偿。每件手工品在寄出之前都经过彻底查，确保完好无损。

12. Item(s) sold are STRICTLY NOT refundable, exchangeable, and returnable. 货品售出，恕不退换！

13. Felt Moment assumes you have read and AGREE with our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. 一旦您下订单，我假定您已阅读并同意我们的条款与条件。
